The Stamps.com Complete Protection Plan gives you peace of mind regardless of what happens to your ProLabel Express Thermal Printer. Whether it's a drop, spill, or just a normal mechanical or electrical failure we will replace your printer at no charge to you up to 5 years after your purchase date.
- 5 years of protection from failures caused by accidents, as well as normal mechanical and electrical failures.
- If you have a problem Stamps.com will replace your printer with a new one at no cost to you. No deductible. No cost for shipping.
- Filing a claim is easy. Just call 1.888.434.0055 and as long as you meet the criteria below we will get a replacement printer out to you right away, delivered within 2 to 3 days.
Terms and Conditions
- Purchase: Your printer must have been bought at the Stamps.com Store or Endicia Store and the Complete Protection Plan must be purchased within 30 days of when you bought your printer. Upon purchase, you will get an email and we will store proof of purchase in your online account history. This is your official confirmation of a purchase.
- Term: We will replace your printer up to 5 years after the purchase date of the printer if you experience failures caused by accidents, as well as normal mechanical and electrical failures.
- Exceptions: We will not replace your printer if a) You are located outside of the U.S., b) It is lost or stolen, c) The damage is cosmetic only, or d) It is being used as a rental or for other commercial purposes
- Claims: Simply call us and we will attempt to resolve the problem you are experiencing over the telephone. If we cannot resolve the problem, and your item is covered we will replace your item at no cost to you.
- Cancellation: We will provide you with a full refund if you cancel your Complete Protection Plan within 30 days from purchase.
